Detroit Lions @ Cincinnati Bengals
Favorite Offense to target: Lions
Jahmyr Gibbs is first up, and stands out as a high-ceiling tournament option because of his elite role in the Lions’ offense. He ranks 3rd in opportunities (18.5 per game), showing his involvement in the rushing game as well as his workload through the air. Gibbs also leads the league in red zone touches (19), giving him one of the highest ceilings on the slate. Even if he only sees a 64% snap share, he translates his touches into production either way, ranking #5 in fantasy points per game (19.8) and #2 in total touchdowns (4) among backs. That combination of volume and offensive play, especially against a team giving up 135 yards per game on the ground make him a very high upside play this week.
Amon-Ra continues to dominate on offense, which makes him one of the most intriguing and high upside receivers in DFS. He owns a 27.4% target share (12th in the league) and 36.8% of the team’s red zone target share (#7), giving him both volume and touchdown upside. We also know Dan Campbell won't take his foot off the gas with a lead. Making Amon-Ra viable even when the game's become a blowout.
Amon-Ra St. Brown Statistics
Targets | 32 (8.2 P/G) |
Target Share | 27.4% (36.8 RZ) |
Red Zone Targets | 7 (6 REC) |
Total TD's | 6 (#1) |
Jared Goff profiles as a strong option this week. Through four games, he is averaging 30.5 pass attempts per contest and currently ranks 10th in passing yards with 232 per game. His efficiency has been elite, as he leads the league in QBR (81.7) and carries a true passer rating of 122.0. That combination of volume and accuracy has translated into production, with Goff sitting second in passing touchdowns (9) on the season. He has also shown a consistent willingness to attack vertically, averaging two deep attempts per game, frequently targeting Jameson Williams in those situations. For those considering Amon-Ra St. Brown, pairing Goff with either Williams or both creates an appealing stacking opportunity.

Dallas Cowboys @ New York Jets
Favorite Game Environment
Through the first four games this season, the Dallas Cowboys defense has been horrid, one we want to attack every week in DFS, their currently ranking last in the league in total yards allowed per game (420.5), 32nd in points allowed per game (33.0) and passing yards allowed per game (297.3), while only recording five sacks. Mix that with how effective their offense has been and we also, need to through a few of them on our lineups. Lets take a look at our table to see how they've fared on offense.
Total Yards Per Game | 404 (#1) |
Passing Yards Per Game | 281.3 (#1) |
Rushing Yards Per Game | 123 (#12) |
Points Per Game | 28.5 (5th) |
This game has all the makings of a shootout, even if the total is a little low. Dak is Leading the league in pass attempts (166, 41.5 per game), while also ranking second in deep ball attempts (5.0 per game) this has him producing the most passing yards in the league (1,119, 279.8 per game) and ranking second in air yards (302.3 per game). With six passing touchdowns. His primary stacking partner would be George Pickens coming off a monster game against a strong Green Bay secondary. Pickens is seeing an average of 8.3 targets per game, 2 deep targets, over 40 routes run. He's also seen the 3rd most red zone targets this year. This should keep rising too, as long as CeeDee Lamb is injured. If we run the double stack, we should partner him up with Jake Ferguson, all though I'm comfortable single stacking Dak with him as well. Ranking 1st in targets with 9.8 per game, a solid 23% target share (15% come in the red zone) and 8.5 receptions per game. This Dallas passing attack is a primary target this week. We must also consider Williams who has been used heavily on the ground but also in the passing attack, he ranks 6th in Rushing Yards, 6th in receptions, and 2nd in Total Touchdowns. Averaging 19.2 Fantasy points per game.
Jets Defense Rankings

Rush Yards Per Game / Rank | 130.5 (25) |

Given we already noted how bad the Cowboys defense has been, that means we need to talk about how the Jets offense looks this weekend. Lets start with talking about Justin Fields. Fields has only played 2 complete games but in week 1 he scored 29.5 Fantasy Points and in Week 4 he scored 27.1. When he's healthy and playing against subpar defenses he can be a fantasy all star. He rushed for 81 and a score last week against the Dolphins, and against the Steelers 48 yards and 2 scores. Given the state of the Dallas Defense, Fields might be my highest owned QB on this slate
Garret Wilson stands out this week, the volume and elite level usage is hard to ignore. Especially against this defense, commanding a 36.5% target share (2nd in the NFL), seen 38 total targets (9.5 per game, 3rd), and owns 100% route participation and a 98.3% snap share (both 1st). Ranking 2nd in receptions (27) while producing 311 receiving yards (6th). His role is secure as the clear focal point and so far has delivered 19 fantasy points per game. Breece Hall is an even more intriguing option at his incredibly low price point, Allen was placed on IR and now the running back workload should be all Hall's to shoulder. Even when Allen was still taking snaps, Hall saw at least 3 targets a game, and has twice seen 6.

Daniel Jones’ immediately jumps off the page with both volume and efficiency that makes him a strong DraftKings play this week. He’s averaging 30.3 pass attempts per game and already sits 3rd in the league in passing yards (1,078) while ranking top-5 in both yards per attempt (8.9, 3rd). His QBR of 80.8 (5th) underlines how well he’s operating within the offense, showing he’s consistently moving the chains and feeding his primary weapons efficiently.

Jonathan Taylor is an almost must play this week, especially in cash, I'll be writing this up when my Cash Core article comes out. Just look at his productivity this year. 1st in Rushing Yards(414), 8th in Receiving Yards(113), averaging 3.3 receptions per game, and 2nd in total touchdowns (4). He's also seen 18 red zone carries, and ranks 2nd in total carries, sees 83% of the snaps. The man is always on the field. Michael Pittman is a solid tournament play here as well, he's averaging 7 targets per game, giving him a 24% target share, and he's hauling in just north of 5 catches per game. His numbers don't hop off the page to you, but this makes him more viable in tournaments. Last but certainly not least, Tyler Warren. Warren has really started to become an every week DFS option. Ranking 4th in targets(6.8/g), 5th in receptions(5/g) and 1st in receiving yards(65.8/g). We also have seen this offense has plays designed for him, as he's ranking 2nd at the position in YAC.
